Plan review and electrical bidding
JIC reviews the architectural and electrical plans, flags questions early, and returns a scoped bid covering service, rough-in, devices, lighting, and final.
Service and panel installation
New services and main panels sized to the home's load, coordinated with the utility's requirements for the project.
Complete rough-in
Home runs, branch circuits, dedicated circuits for major appliances and equipment, box placement for devices and fixtures, and provisions for low-voltage and future needs where the plans call for them.
Lighting and device trim
Fixture installation, device and cover-plate trim, and controls per the lighting plan and the owner's selections.
Inspection coordination
