Aimed after dark, not at noon
Exterior lighting is judged at night, from the street and from inside the house. Approximately 20 years of field work means the runs get sized properly and the aiming happens when you can actually see the result.

Outdoor Electrical Questions
Can you add lighting to an existing landscape without redoing it?+
Usually yes. Existing transformers, runs and fixtures get evaluated first — sometimes the existing system has capacity, sometimes it does not.
Why do some landscape lights get dimmer down the run?+
Voltage drop. It comes from cable gauge, run length and load. Sizing the cable and the transformer for the whole run prevents it.
Can you install outdoor outlets?+
Yes — weather-appropriate receptacles with the protection required for the location.
Do you wire electric gates?+
J.I.C. provides the electrical infrastructure for compatible gates and gate equipment. Gate fabrication and automation hardware supply are not part of the scope.
Can you run power to a detached garage, shop or barn?+
Yes — feeder and subpanel work sized for the distance and the load it will serve.
Do you handle pool and spa electrical?+
Yes — spa and hot tub circuits, pool equipment circuits and disconnects, and the bonding required around the water. Send the equipment details and the site layout and you will get a scoped answer.
